This document is being finalised with our legal advisers. The sections below describe the terms we currently apply; the final wording will be published here. Questions in the meantime: help@neuromusic.pro.

NeuroMusic Ltd (UK company registration in progress), registration number TBC, registered address TBC, United Kingdom ("NeuroMusic", "we", "us") operates the website neuromusic.pro (the "Service").

Data we collect

Account data (name, email address, hashed password), content you submit (prompts, style selections, lyrics) and the tracks generated from it, technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) and, once card payments go live, payment confirmation data from our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

To create and maintain your account, generate and store your tracks, prevent fraud and abuse of the free tier, provide support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and — with your consent — send product updates.

Legal bases

Performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), consent (marketing email, non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with: our AI model provider (to generate the track), our email provider (to send confirmation, reset and support email), our payment provider (to process card payments) and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and track data are kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure; invoices and tax records for 6 years as required by UK law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to help@neuromusic.pro. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

International transfers

Where data is processed outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Security

Passwords are stored salted and hashed, traffic is encrypted with TLS, and access to production systems is restricted to named administrators.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
