Terms of Service
The rules for using neuromusic.pro and the licence for the tracks you generate.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
NeuroMusic Ltd (UK company registration in progress), registration number TBC, registered address TBC, United Kingdom ("NeuroMusic", "we", "us") operates the website neuromusic.pro (the "Service").
The Service
NeuroMusic generates original music from the text description, style tags and lyrics you provide, using licensed third-party AI models. Generated tracks are stored in your account so you can listen to and download them.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. One person or organisation may hold one account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of the free tier, or breach of these terms.
Track credits and payment
Track packs are sold as one-off purchases in EUR and paid by Visa or Mastercard. Each successful generation uses one track credit; failed generations are not charged. Credits do not expire. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. See our Pricing page.
Licence to your tracks
Subject to payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and monetise the tracks you generate, including commercially. Tracks generated on the free tier may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create material that infringes third-party rights, imitates a real artist's voice or name, or is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or intended to mislead. Do not attempt to resell raw access to the generation API or scrape the Service.
Language of the Service
The Service, all forms and support communication are provided in English and accept Latin characters only.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Model providers may change or degrade output quality; we will make reasonable efforts to maintain result quality.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new 'last updated' date. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
